Key Responsibilities
Monthly donation entry in Bloomerang (most is automated with online contributions but some gifts need to be entered manually)
Recording transactions in QuickBooks
Managing bill payment and recordkeeping
Generating financial reports (governance and grants)
Complete monthly close
Complete annual close
Assist with various other administrative tasks
Platforms:
Bloomerang
QuickBooks
Google Suite
Experience in bookeeping (a must)
Experience in nonprofits (a plus)
Good with numbers
Excellent communicator
Detail oriented
Intuitively organized
Ability to meet deadlines
5 hours per week
Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
