**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VALET PARKING SUPERVISOR** As a supervisor in hospitality, you are responsible for leading our team of valet attendants. You are often the first point of contact for the guest of our clients. Whether it be at a hotel, restaurant, or banquet hall, you always ensure top-notch customer service when overseeing the parking and retrieving of vehicles for our client's guests. You welcome guests with a warm smile as you open their doors and ensure them that their vehicles are in good hands. When unloading luggage, you handle everything with care and treat both the guest and their property with the utmost respect. You love meeting new people and getting to be physically active as you run and lift luggage throughout your work shift. To ensure a smooth departure for our guests, you retrieve the correct vehicles for them in a timely manner. In addition, you audit the billing of valet services and ensure amounts are always accurate. **QUALIFICATIONS FOR A VALET PARKING SUPERVISOR**

* At least 18 years old

* Customer service experience

* Valid driver's license

* Ability to pass a background check upon hire or a motor vehicle record (MVR) check

* Ability to run and retrieve vehicles as well as lift luggage up to 50 pounds

* Leadership skills
