Unarmed Security Guard Department: Unarmed Employment Type: Part Time Location: Newport Beach, CA Compensation: $21.00 / hour Description We are looking for a reliable Security Officer to join our team. Military background preferred, reliable transportation and customer service. Duties: Insure the safety of all visitors of property interior and exterior, observing visitors on property to identify possible threats, foot patrol of interior and exterior of the property and report any possible threats or safety issues. Part Time Shifts available: ***On-Call Schedule Mainly Weekends (Morning/Swing Shifts) $21hr*** Key Responsibilities

• Check ID's of visitors (if required by management)
• Check bags of all visitors (if required by management)
• Observe and report any possible threats or safety issues.
• Communicating with staff and management of property of any security safety and

concerns.

• Completing and submitting incident reports after noteworthy developments.
• Foot Patrol of entire property

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Current valid California Guard Card.
• Current valid California Exposed Firearm Permit.
• Reliable transportation
• Customer service
• Excellent decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently, particularly when under duress.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Capacity to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills
