**Position Overview:**
We are currently seeking dedicated healthcare professionals for night shift positions. Join our team and be part of an essential workforce that supports patient care in various healthcare settings. This role involves providing high-quality care, monitoring patients, and collaborating with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide compassionate patient care while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding infection control and safety.
- Assist in patient mobility and daily living activities as needed.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions with patients and their families.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid Driver's License/State ID.
- Current certifications and licenses as required by position (e.g., Nursys, License/Certificate Verification).
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations, including the completion of required personal health history tests and screenings.

**Health and Safety Requirements:**
- MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Annual TB Questionnaire, Physical/Health statement, and Catholic Drug Screen are required for onboarding.
- Completion of criminal background check and professional reference checks is mandatory.

**Contract Duration:**
90 weeks with guaranteed hours.
