• Schedule: Every other weekend required; no call; no self-scheduling; floating to ED Observation Unit as needed\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990–$2130\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active New York State RN license or eligibility (required for all New York healthcare jobs)\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience (2 years preferred)\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) required\n
• TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications preferred\n
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred\n
• Ability to float to units within competency\n
• Recent Nursys verification\n

\n\nER RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ED\n
• Perform drips, infusions, phlebotomy, IV starts, EKGs, medication administration, and patient transports\n
• Care for a diverse range of patients: medical, surgical, pediatric, psychiatric, and trauma cases\n
• Float to the ED Observation Unit as needed\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mental health technicians, crisis workers, and physicians\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR\n
• Comply with hospital policies, dress code, and infection control standards\n
