TIG Welder About Us: As a multiple-facilities manufacturer, we have the resources to quickly react and make changes where needed throughout the organization. Each of our
manufacturing facilities operates on lean manufacturing, focused on quality, flexibility and cost for optimized performance. All of our manufacturing
facilities have the capacity to produce
product solutions in stainless steel, aluminum and steel.
Job Summary: You will be TIG welding on stainless steel. From 18 gauge to 14 gauge. You will use a silicon bronze filler rod. You will be assisting in the manufacturing of carts, racks and trays for Walmart, Kroger, Subway and Dunkin Donuts.
Shift: 1st shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM (M-F)
2nd shift: 2:30PM-11:00PM (M-F)
Compensation : $20-$22/hr
Responsibilities :
* Set up and operate TIG, MIG, and Spot welding equipment
* Conduct welding on stainless steel and aluminum materials
* Weld parts according to blueprints and specifications
* Maintain production schedules and quality control standards
* Maintain a safe work environment and comply with company safety regulations
Qualifications :
* Minimum 3 years of experience in TIG welding in a manufacturing environment
* Proven ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality
* Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum metals
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Familiarity with measuring tools (dial calipers, squares)
* Welding certifications preferred
