Job Title: TIG Welder Pay: $25 - $35 per hour (DOE) Job Type: Full-time Expected Hours: Up to 46 hours per week Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Overview Adecco is assisting a local client in Salt Lake City in finding a skilled and motivated TIG Welder to join their team. This is a direct-hire position offering long-term stability and potential for growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in TIG welding and solid fabrication skills. The role involves working with various metals, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring precision in welding and machining tasks. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding and apply proficiency in various welding techniques Fabricate metal components based on technical drawings and specifications Operate machining equipment to ensure precision and quality results Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines Use personal tools for testing as required Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed Qualifications Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or a related field Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate welding equipment and tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Familiarity with machining processes is a plus, but not required Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
