GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking a
Remote Telecom Manager to join our fast-growing teams! As a
Telecom Manager , you would support our existing Telecom infrastructure which includes a cloud-based dialer (TCN), real time speech analytics platform (SuccessKPI) and IVA platform Uniphore.
**Veterans and Military Spouses Encouraged to Apply** Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Coordination with several teams at State to support existing telecom platforms.
- Act as primary respondent to questions regarding Dialer, IVA and Speech Analytics
- Build, enhance and maintain the call flow models, interfaces and application integration required to support growing, changing business needs.
- Collaboration with business teams in the development and initiation of new applications.
- Oversee the quality assurance of program logic, data processing and error resolution.
- Liaise with business teams to resolve defects in hardware and/or software systems.
- Adheres to all FDCPA, FCRA and applicable laws.
- Adheres to all SCS policies as stated in the Handbook.
- Adheres to all PPMS policies as implemented in company.
- Present key findings and recommended call flow ideas to production, BI and leadership teams.
- General knowledge of operating systems, network and computer hardware and IT infrastructures.
- Train and provide guidance to junior development staff, when available.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience - Graduation from an accredited college or university with bachelor's degree in computer science or business with emphasis in application development
- 5+ years' experience in Call center and managing telecom infrastructure.
- 3+ years' experience with dialing technologies like TCN preferred.
- 3+ years' experience with IVA technologies like Uniphore preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with FINVI products (FACS, Artiva) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Credit, Collections or Financial industries desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and in team-based, fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical, analytical, and financial aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
