Speech and Language Tele-therapist (Hybrid Position)

Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days virtual)

Caseload: Elementary K-5, self-contained classrooms

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Tele therapist to join our team in a hybrid role. This full-time position involves working with students primarily with severe or profound disabilities and autism in a self-contained classroom setting across two elementary buildings. The role includes both direct and indirect billable hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to K-5 students with severe or profound disabilities and autism.
• Work two days on-site at two different elementary buildings (mileage reimbursed between sites).
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions three days a week.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize AAC devices and other assistive technologies effectively.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Georgia state Speech Pathology license, teaching certification NOT required
• Experience working with AAC devices.
• Prior experience with elementary-aged children in a self-contained classroom is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
