MusicBreeds, Inc. is a leading arts organization dedicated to enriching lives through music education and performance. We are currently seeking a Teaching Artist to join our team of passionate educators. As a Teaching Artist at MusicBreeds, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students through engaging music lessons and creative expression.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement music lessons that align with our curriculum and educational goals.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and personal growth.
• Engage students with diverse learning styles and abilities through interactive music activities.
• Encourage artistic expression and individuality.
• Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to support students' musical development.
• Collaborate with fellow Teaching Artists and staff to develop and improve curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Prior experience teaching music to students of various ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrated proficiency on at least one instrument.
• Strong musical theory and performance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about music education and inspiring the next generation of musicians.
