Job Description

Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of our brand. Brand Ambassadors increase brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various media channels. They work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is on being the face of the brand, the successful candidate may also cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and execute company initiatives
  • Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products via in-store demonstrations and company related events/parties
  • Build rapport with customers and vendors and maintain positive brand image
  • Monitor customer, account feedback, and escalate product preferences in real time to the marketing department
  • Track metrics and sales campaigns
  • Represent the company at open houses, grand openings, events, and trade shows
  • Commute to the office weekly to deliver feedback, participate in trainings, and collect marketing material
  • Update and maintain territory store merchandising when needed
  • Conduct budtender trainings, teaching staff about our brand and products
  • Maintain personal marketing material inventory
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.

  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Available for on-site and remote operations

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
  • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
  • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
