As a Shipping Associate, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' success. Your dedication to providing exceptional service will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily carrier pickups. You'll ensure smooth communication and timely updates within our CRM system. Maintaining accurate records is crucial; you'll meticulously track return information, dates, and customer contact details in our CRM. Adherence to our shipping process is essential, verifying part numbers, quantities, customer information, and shipping methods. Finally, you'll prepare shipping documents with precision to ensure products are securely packaged and protected for transit.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience shipping products through major carriers like UPS and FedEx. Additionally, proficiency in D365 and CRM systems is essential. Experience with cycle counting and a strong background in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook, are also valuable assets.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $43,000.00 and $47,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
