ServiceNow Developer **An active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required to be considered for this opportunity. Please see Minimum Qualifications section for more information.** Position Overview: Vetegrity is hiring for a Junior-level Developer to work as part of a team responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow system to meet the needs of the customer. The ServiceNow Developer will:
- Create workflows and build service requests based on customer's specifications.
- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionalities to automate rote tasks.
- Perform system and integration testing; and monitor health, usage, and overall compliance within the application.
- Generate reports for IT Managers as needed.
Relevant Skills and Experience - Experience with JavaScript is required
- Familiarity with software development and design methodologies
- Prior ServiceNow exposure/experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Minimum Qualifications: No direct demonstrated experience is needed for this position; but a qualified candidate must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Engineering Science, or a relevant technical discipline from an accredited College or University; OR
- Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator, System Engineer, or Software Engineer may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
- DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 Certification or higher is required
- Active TS/SCI-level clearance with polygraph clearance is required
