Accepting credit cards for any business is essential in today's economy and this market is expanding every day.PaymentCloud is looking for an SEO Specialist to join our Marketing Department!You will be responsible for assisting in SEO activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.The applicant must legally be authorized to work in the US.Responsibilities:Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI throughout campaignsConduct keyword research, discovery, expansion, and optimizationConduct site audits to identify on-site SEO issuesPerform intent breakdowns and competitive analysisResearch and implement search engine optimization recommendationsOptimize blog posts and marketing pages for searchDevelop and implement a link-building strategy, including internal and backlink auditsWork with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on websitesWork with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content curationRecommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywordsEssential Qualities:Proven SEO experience, 2-3 years minimumSolid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionKnowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithmsUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEOMust be familiar with WordPress, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.Work well in a fast-paced environment while staying precise in daily activitiesExude respect and positivity in all interactions both inside and outside of the organizationReliable and punctualAbility to manage multiple tasks and assign proper time managementWhat we offer:Paid training, including initial training and ongoing developmentPaid time-off policyPaid holidaysHealth, Vision, & Dental InsurancesLife & Disability InsuranceThe hiring salary range for this position applies to California.
