Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Security Manager to lead the establishment and development of comprehensive security policies, procedures, and frameworks for our organization. This strategic leadership role will involve overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of assets and employees, managing risks, and collaborating across leadership teams to integrate security into broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement robust physical security policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with global standards and best practices.

•Provide strategic leadership for security operations, ensuring the physical safety of assets, facilities, and employees.

•Design and execute long-term security strategies that align with the organization's risk management approach.

•Build and lead emergency preparedness and crisis management plans to address various security risks.

•Establish and manage risk mitigation frameworks to ensure organizational resilience.

•Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate security policies into corporate operations.

•Stay updated with industry standards, security technologies, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

•Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within corporate security, law enforcement, or military security operations.

•Proven expertise in creating security strategies, policies, and risk management frameworks for large organizations.

•Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and influence senior executives.

•In-depth knowledge of physical security systems, crisis management, and policy development.

•Experience with advanced security technologies such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

•Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

•Relevant certifications, such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional), are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Ex-law enforcement or military veteran with a strong background in security operations.

•Demonstrated ability to lead high-stakes security operations and implement emergency response protocols effectively.
