Job Description:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders and the development team under the direction of the Client. Your role includes gathering requirements, supporting testing, and providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide independent evaluation of existing efforts and recommend improvements 

Elicit, prioritize, validate, and document requirements 

Document and support business process changes for improved outcomes 

Participate in planning, conducting, and evaluating testing activities 

Liaise between the development team, vendor, and stakeholders to resolve issues 

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as needed 

Coordinate project documentation submission and approvals 

Assist with implementation support and outcome documentation 

Ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations and standards 

Create and execute test scripts, prepare test data, and support UAT 

Test accessibility conformance and document outcomes 

Identify gaps, report system defects, and collaborate for timely issue resolution 

Compile reports, including test scripts, outcomes, and implementation documentation 

Support Go-Live activities and capture schedule changes 

Track documentation changes through the BA Services change management process 

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

5+ years of business analysis experience 

Ability to perform responsibilities independently and mentor others 

Mastery of industry standards and best practices for business analysis 

Preferred experience with Agile development methodologies 

Familiarity with AWS and Ruby on Rails is a plus 

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
