Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details The Senior Accountant plays a vital role in the US Finance Team, supporting accounting, finance, and risk management across all US locations. This position oversees financial operations including accounting, tax compliance, internal/external audits, and risk management, ensuring the integrity of internal controls and streamlined financial processes. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is involved in treasury management, cash flow planning, and providing financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce financial policies and practices.
- Manage cash planning and business financing needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams for compliance with US GAAP.
- Prepare tax filings for federal, state, and local agencies.
- Oversee fixed asset management, including inventory and depreciation schedules.
- Conduct month-end and year-end financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure ERP system accuracy and lead the annual physical inventory process.
- Occasional travel required (up to four times per year).
Qualifications:
- ERP experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, corporate tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO user) or Power BI
- Internal audit experience
- Corporate tax experience
