Scrum Master, Senior
Key Role: Coaches development team on scrum principles, helps the team focus on sprint goals and to achieve their highest performance level, to ensure the scrum project is successfully progressed. Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or with leading Agile teams
- Experience with Information Technology
- Experience with projects using the Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience with Jira and implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment
- Experience working directly with government clients
- Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries
- Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine the next steps for feature development
- Ability to write user stories or structure user stories for software features
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
