Job Description

  • Responsible for technical analysis in the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate possesses experience with a Full Project Lifecycle with one or more Salesforce Solutions, experience with a Global Template implementation program with a multi-country roll-out, and has a strong grasp of functional knowledge of CRM/B2B Commerce processes, including Sales, service and digital marketing.

Description

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
  • Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
  • Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
  • Works with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.

Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science / Management Engineering / Computer Engineering
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud platform as Administrator
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of CRM platform (i.e. Data Models, Integrations, Configurations, etc..)
  • 3+ years of Project coordination experience
  • 3+ years in Consulting IT Companies or IT Department of multinational Groups working in similar job positions
  • Experience in managing the implementation or evolution of a CRM/B2B Commerce solution
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
