What You'll Do - Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects
- Shadow field roles to learn processes and procedures
- Under direction of management work on business projects as assigned
- Coordinate and attend monthly check-ins with assigned Director/Business Partner to measure progress and obtain feedback
- Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program
What You'll Need - Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
- Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location
Your Education - Bachelor's degree required
