Your Responsibilities * Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform along with your network
* Initiate contact with potential candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and gauge their interest
* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
* Keep in touch with leads to nurture interest and assist them through their hiring journey
* Ensure meticulous and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on the meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires achieved through your initiatives
What You Need to Shine * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation Structure This is a commission-only position based on performance. There's no limit to your earnings and no cap on your achievements.
