Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on available coverage options and help them make informed decisions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training programs
Requirements- Active Personal Lines insurance license in North Carolina or the ability to obtain one
- Prior experience in insurance sales is required
Previous Allstate experience is a PLUS !
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed client expectations
- Adaptability to work effectively in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and foster positive relationships
