Location: Bridgeport, CT
Employment: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time (7:30 am-4 pm, flexible w/ hours as needed)
Pay: $97,760 - $104k Per Year
Sign-On Bonus- $2,000 (paid 1st paycheck)

Job Details

Job Title: Registered Nurse
Program: Practical Nursing Faculty

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and effectively deliver nursing curriculum in the classroom and/or clinical sites
• Supervise students and demonstrate hands-on patient care at nursing clinical sites
• Teach nursing techniques and provide sufficient practice to students to develop skill proficiency
• Evaluate learning outcomes of students and maintain accurate student records

Nursing Faculty Qualifications: (No teaching experience is required and Training will be provided)

• BSN and willing to pursue Master's Degree in Nursing or related field within 4 years of hire date
• Active RN license in CT
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including a COVID-19 Booster Shot
• Must be flexible with classroom and clinical instruction for future needs

Our Nursing Instructors are responsible for providing quality instruction to students through well-prepared classes, relevant assignments, fair assessment of learning, clear documentation of student progress, and support of the academic success of all students.
