Overview: Star Dental Partners (SDP) is a Dental Support Organization (DSO) that assists dental practices with non-clinical challenges and provides industry proven business support services. Our affiliated dentists live a higher quality lifestyle with more time focused on patients and less on administrative burden. We are currently seeking a recruiting and onboarding coordinator to join our high-growth and fast-paced dental services organization (DSO). The recruiting and onboarding coordinator will primarily support our team of dentist and dental practice recruiters. This position will be responsible for executing on strategic sourcing plans, designed to increase applicant flow. Within this role, the recruiting and onboarding coordinator will oversee and direct all onboarding activities for hires across the organization while building meaningful relationships. Responsibilities: The recruiting and onboarding coordinator will collaborate directly with the recruiters to support all functions of the hiring and onboarding process. This role will report directly to the director of talent acquisition. Provide onboarding support for all company hires beginning from the time of offer letter execution through the new hires start date. This will include providing instruction, tracking all communication, giving business partners specific and timely updates, and managing all required documentation required for the start date. Create and manage all internal and external job postings including ensuring all required information is provided by business partners and details of each postings are accurate and complete. Conduct recruiting marketing campaigns via text and email by utilizing the candidate relationship management (CRM) platform based on an established strategic plan to support candidate pipeline needs. Provide support for recruiters by setting screening appointments and conducting first-level recruiter interviews to validate qualifications of applicants. Conduct reference checks as requested. Coordinate dental conference activities as needed, including supporting the registration process, ordering supplies, shipping needed items, and potential travel onsite. Consistently and accurately utilize the applicant tracking system, ATS (iCIMS), to track candidates, requisitions, and document the onboarding process as needed. Create and maintain accurate recruiting/analytical reports of deliverables and forecasting data. Fulfill weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics as assigned. Support recruiters in strategically sourcing and attracting both active and passive candidates by utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools including dental job boards, social media, cold calling (40-50 daily at minimum), conference data, LinkedIN recruiter, Indeed, google research etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
