Job Description

We are looking for a stellar and ambitious real estate associate to join a top law firm’s real estate department. You will be handling purchases and sales, leasing, and financing, among other exciting real estate matters. Excellent academic credentials, extensive experience with sophisticated real estate transactions, and a passion for all things real estate is a must!

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Currently admitted to the Washington State Bar, or able to waive in promptly.
• 3-6 years of relevant real estate experience.
• Experience handling a variety of real estate matters (leases, PSA, title/surveys, financing, etc.)
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to proactively identify key legal issues.
• Strong written, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, with an ability to meet deadlines. Detail oriented and well organized.
• Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.

Compensation Range & Benefits:

• $260,000 - $350,000.
