Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist- PHARMACEUTICAL

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Bachelors Degree in a STEM field is required

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate should have experience in a pharmaceutical or related laboratory environment.
• Understanding of cGMP/cGLP, USP, and basic laboratory regulations and functions are required.
• The candidate is responsible for preparing controlled documents, training associates, reviewing reports and batch records, drafting protocols, SOPs, and other technical documents, and archiving files.
• The candidate should have a basic understanding of sterilization science as it relates to steam and dry heat and maintain up-to-date understandings of GMP, GLP, GDP, and other regulations.
• The successful candidate will support Quality Control (QC) and Operations to ensure the departmental work is being completed as per company (SOPs) and regulatory (i.e. cGMP) standards.
• This individual will ensure notebooks and data logs are filed timely and accurately, batch records are issued and that the correct labels are printed.
• The candidate should have a basic understanding of data integrity, qualification, internal auditing, change control, CAPA, and customer compliance.
• The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office.
