Position Summary:


The Promotion Assistant supports the marketing team by executing promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive sales. This role involves assisting with event planning, coordinating with vendors and partners, and managing promotional materials. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate promotional events, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor/partner communication.
  • Material Management: Manage the inventory and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring that all necessary items are available and delivered on time
  • Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform promotional strategies.
  • Reporting: Compile and analyze data from campaigns, events, and other promotional activities to measure success and suggest improvements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the promotion team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of promotional activities.
