Role Overview: As the Project Manager, your proficiency in overseeing project delivery, requirements gathering and understanding of NAVAIR operations will be central to this role in supporting delivery of our services and support. Collaborating with teams, you will oversee project lifecycle activities to develop and deliver key deliverables, extend good relationships across PMAs and support stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate knowledge and experience with IT project management and IT operations, specifically in the areas of NAVAIR aircraft maintenance operations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and mission- critical objectives.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations and documentation.
- Encourage professional growth and development within the project team.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource allocation.
- Validate and lead data gathering to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for optimal decision- making.
- Leverage your expertise to guide implementation of data models and processes that transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Oversee development of interactive, real-time dashboards, reports, and visualizations supported by our platform.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, helping them to maximize the benefits of the platform.
- Oversee in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing timely and relevant insights.
- Help to troubleshoot data-related challenges, enhancing overall performance and user experience.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications: - Currently possess an Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience leading aircraft maintenance operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
- Proven experience leading data analytics initiatives or in a similar role, driving data analyses and visualizations.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of data management and data governance principles.
- Familiarity with data quality, security, and compliance best practices.
- Proficiency in querying and manipulating data.
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Have thorough knowledge of and experience with customer service practices and client relationship management.
- Prior experience in mission-critical decision support systems or real-time data analysis is a plus.
