The project manager oversees the production of fundraising collateral created to support the work of the Michigan Medicine Office of Development. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, the selected candidate will be accountable for assembling project teams, developing and implementing production schedules and budgets for multiple projects, managing constant deadlines, proofreading collateral, and managing relationships with design and print vendors.
A cross-disciplinary role, this position calls for a high degree of diplomacy and professionalism and will serve as the communications team's chief point of contact for gift officers, annual and digital fundraising teams, and event planners to ensure the on-time, high-quality production of impactful development communication pieces.
