Position Overview: Program Manager
As a Program Manager , you will play a crucial role in providing clinical and administrative leadership to a multidisciplinary adult clinical team. Your mission will be to ensure efficient operations and high-quality care delivery while enhancing treatment outcomes for our consumers.
Salary Range: $65,365 - $76,900 per year

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in medical records and case management services.
- Advocate for appropriate services tailored to consumer needs.
- Identify and implement customer service standards to meet both internal and external expectations.
- Participate in developing long and short-term goals aligned with program and organizational objectives.
- Train and evaluate clinical and administrative support staff, fostering growth and cultural awareness.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide coaching to ensure satisfactory employee performance.
- Engage in the selection process for clinical and support positions.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with WellPower and regulatory policies.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the team.
- Maintain a trauma-informed environment of well-being.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
- Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).
- A valid Colorado Driver's license and a recent clean driving record.
Experience
We are looking for candidates with:
- Three years of experience in the mental health or human services field.
- One or more years of managerial and/or clinical supervisory experience (preferred).
Working Conditions
This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours.
