Job Title: Lead Cleaner – Stadium Events (Austin, TX)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Varies by event (8–10 hour shifts, morning, afternoon, or night)

Job Overview:
We are hiring Lead Cleaners for major stadium events in Austin! This position plays a key role in ensuring the venue is clean and well-maintained before, during, and after events. Lead Cleaners must have prior cleaning experience and be able to guide or support a team when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with cleaning tasks in restrooms, seating areas, concourses, and other public spaces

• Ensure trash is collected and disposed of throughout the event

• Perform sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting duties in high-traffic areas

• Support event setup and post-event teardown/cleanup

• Follow safety protocols and ensure team members do the same

• Communicate with supervisors or coordinators for task updates and needs

Requirements:

• Cleaning experience is required

• Must be available for flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, or night depending on event schedule)

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Must speak Spanish (Spanish speakers only for this role)

• Must be able to work on your feet for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
