We have a rare opportunity for a full-time physical therapist at Proliance Sports Therapy of Issaquah, WA! Our fun, fast-paced clinic enjoys low staff turnover and 40 minute, one-on-one appointments with your patients. We work closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs to manage their patients' pre- and post-operative rehab needs. This close proximity and relationship between PT and surgeon offers a multitude of learning and team-building opportunities. We prioritize delivering exceptional patient care but also strive to create a culture that is respectful of a clinician’s work-life balance, so each therapist receives 40 minutes of paid documentation time daily. We offer formal mentoring for new grads as well as a highly lucrative quarterly bonus and $1500 annual continuing education package. Salary Range: $82,924.49 USD to $149,264.09 base compensation in addition to a significant quarterly bonus

*Key Duties & Responsibilities*
* Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician
* Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
* Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
* Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization
* Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting
* Maintain safe environment for self, staff, and patients
* Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license
* Any and all other duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
* Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred
* 1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred but not required – our PTs love to mentor!
* Experience with post-operative PT preferred
* Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy
