We are on a mission to disrupt the car ownership experience and help people who rely on their vehicles everyday save time and money on one of their most expensive, time-consuming and high-maintenance assets. Since launching our AllCar™ app in 2019, we have amassed over 4M customers, and expanded beyond insurance shopping to refinancing, safety and repairs.

We are looking for a curious and driven incoming graduate to join us as our People Analytics Associate. Our business is scaling rapidly, and our ever-growing community of Jerrians needs more support than ever. This person will play a key role in driving our people operation initiatives by turning data into actionable insights to improve the Jerrian experience. How you will make an impact:

• Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources (ex. employee surveys, performance management systems, HRIS, etc.) to help our People Team make informed and strategic decisions.

• Analyze employee feedback and performance reviews to assess overall satisfaction and discover areas of improvement.

• Develop and visualize metrics to track effectiveness of our current People initiatives.

• Collaborate with the People team, Talent Acquisition team, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support ongoing and future projects.

• Conduct and report competitive market analyses to compare Jerry’s organization practices with industry standards and competitors.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in IO or Cognitive Psychology, Learning Sciences, or Human Resources

• Previous work experience in HR, data analytics preferred
