Job Description

The Warehouse Picker is a valued member of the shipping and receiving operation of our organization. This position is responsible for the organization and accuracy for the distribution of product to our customers. Scheduled Hours for this position are 3:00PM - 7:00PM hours can be flexible with potential overtime.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Restock leftover receiving and check in stock transfers and vendor pickups.
• Pull division stock transfers
• Pull and deliver specials
• Prepare for night deliveries when there are night deliveries
• Routing of tickets
• Will-calls
• General clean up
• Move trucks
• Fridays help prep for Saturday inventory
• Re-pack damaged product
• Bail cardboard
• Change forklift batteries
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Work is performed while standing, sitting, walking, bending and reaching.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
• Previous experience utilizing material handling equipment (forklift, scissor lift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, hand truck and baler) required.
• Knowledge of RF System a plus.
• Ability to perform physical work-heavy lifting up to 50 lb.
