Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with OMS Procedures, Sedation cases, and Post-op visits
Be willing to learn Front Office Duties including:
- Collect & Verify Insurance of Patients
- Filing Dental Claims To Insurance
- Sending Monthly Statements & Responsible for End Of Month Closing
- Responsible For Accounts Receivable
- Checking Patients In For Treatment
- Preparing New Patient Charts / Assist with Chart Management
- Confirming Patients Appointments
- Assist with Supply Management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Seeking an energetic individual for a full-time position at a busy Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice. Individual must have prior dental office experience (+5 years preferred) and familiarity with oral surgery, dental coding & billing. Candidate should have a dynamic and professional personality and be detail oriented, compassionate, self-motivated problem solver, and team player.
