Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instruction and support to K-12 students with Deaf/Hard of Hearing needs across various school settings.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with specialists and families.
- Implement effective teaching strategies and assistive technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct assessments and track student progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional methods.
- Facilitate a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Offer professional guidance and resources to school staff regarding best practices for supporting Deaf/Hard of Hearing students.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or related field.
