Marymount Hospital's 3 South/4 South Medical-Surgical and Telemetry Unit diagnoses and treats a complex patient population, which ranges in age from 16 years to geriatric, with a wide variety of medical conditions and diagnoses. 3 south also offers observation. A Registered Nurse Resident will become a part of our family and experience one of the most inclusive, well-rounded, and prosperous training programs. You will work alongside seasoned nurses who are eager to educate and coach new graduates. What to expect during your residency program: - One year-long residency. - A 6:1 ratio. - A successful coach will be available 24/7. - Weekly check-ins to ensure personal and professional goals are met. - Personal assessments to determine areas for growth and opportunity.
