Position Summary
We are looking for a Night Auditor to manage the hotel’s front desk during evening and overnight shifts. This role combines guest service responsibilities with end-of-day reporting and financial balancing.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during evening/overnight hours
- Perform check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately
- Balance daily transactions and prepare financial reports
- Resolve guest issues and ensure safety/security overnight
- Communicate effectively with morning staff regarding guest needs
- Maintain compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel policies
Qualifications
- Previous Hilton brand experience mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Basic accounting or cash-handling experience preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
