This is a full-time position, with the hours being Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. The annual salary for this position is $60,000-$100,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the automotive technicians - clearly communicating customer concerns.
• Provide detailed descriptions of vehicle issues, service requirements, and potential solutions to customers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Although not required, a strong knowledge of automotive technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints gracefully.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple needs at once.
