Marketing Intern

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will work to understand company product and service priorities, Kohl’s customers' mindset and top priorities. You will develop and execute strategies to communicate the value of relevant Kohl’s products and services to the right customers as efficiently and profitably as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the development of Kohl's Brand storytelling and promotional experiences for Kohl’s customers
• Work collaboratively with creative partners to bring Kohl's brands to life
• Build a strategy to be impactful for customers and execute media, creative and promotional strategies to align with that strategy
• Synthesize large quantities of data
• Measure the effectiveness of tactics in the market
• Provide reports and insights to leadership that guide marketing decision-makers
