Job Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships as a fractional CFO.
Delegate and oversee staff to ensure efficient operations.
Prepare and review financial statements.
Ensure compliance with investor and bank regulations.
Assist with audit processes.
Provide tax consulting services.
Qualifications:
CPA certification preferred or a Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or consulting.
At least 2 years of tax experience.
Proficiency in Excel is required.
