Job Details:
• Pay: $200 Hr.
• Coverage: September 2024 - 13 weeks with option to extend
• Schedule: M-F, 10 hr shifts are biggest need; limited 8 and 12hr shifts (0630 - 1500, 0630 - 1700, 0630 - 1900)
• No Call
• Case types: Pediatrics, Adult ortho, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics
• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 Days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted MN License
• Active ACLS & PALS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Vaccination Requirements: Flu
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
