We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have a 2-4 years of experience in insurance litigation, and catastrophic defense. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and a competitive salary.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Manage a caseload and work independently
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
• Attend hearings and trials
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Participate in business development and marketing activities

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of employment
• 3+ years of experience in Litigation, construction litigation attorney, insurance litigation, and Tort Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
