Salary: $17 per hour
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM
Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable One Line Assembly Worker to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role performs assembly line tasks to support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and guidelines
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
