Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

A bit about us:

Established, Reputable Law firm seeks an experienced Liability Defense Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 7 + years of personal injury and property damage claims. Someone who has experience working with bodily injury claims related to insurance is ideally the person we're looking for! Previous Litigation experience in both state and federal court is a PLUS. Excellent academic credentials are required. All candidates that will be considered will need to have their Florida License.

Billable Hours are 1875 (Flexible Firm, if you want to just bill 1875, they have no issues with that..if you want to make more money..bonuses start at 1900)...Ex: Bill 2100 hours and you'll be paid $36,000 more a year.

Job Details

Requirements:

Florida license (required)
7 + years of personal injury & property damage claims
Construction Defect experience is ideal
Previous Litigation experience in both state and federal court (PLUS)
Excellent academic credentials (required)
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a team-oriented environment
