Major Purpose John Deere's Global Law Services Group (GLSG) is offering a summer internship opportunity in its in-house law department. Attorneys at John Deere provide a broad range of legal services to the business, including through practice areas like intellectual property, product liability and litigation, contracts, compliance, employment, trade regulation, environmental, and securities and finance. The collaborative environment across these disciplines supports the delivery of comprehensive legal solutions for John Deere.
Interns have the opportunity to work on a project in one or more of the substantive practice areas within the law department. Interns will interface and collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with in-house practicing lawyers. Throughout the summer, interns will learn about John Deere's business, a variety of practice areas within the law department, and will gain an understanding of the function of an in-house law department and the legal services it provides to John Deere.

Education - Enrolled in an accredited degree program to receive a Juris Doctorate
- Completed at least one semester/quarter of legal coursework.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, with preference for 3.25 GPA
