Legal Assistant Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is a national law firm with a proven reputation for providing progressive, industry-leading legal, business, regulatory and government relations advice to our regional, national and international clients.
We are currently searching for an experienced
Legal Assistant (Practice Assistant) to provide a full range of support for attorneys in our
San Diego office.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Three (3) or more years of experience as a legal assistant or secretary in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government entity
- A high school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation: $75,000 - 95,000 annually
*Pay ranges are provided in compliance with SB1162, California's pay transparency law; actual pay may vary based on a variety of factors, including education, applicable experience, etc.
