What you will be doing
- Guide and uplift your team of Alpha Guides, offering personalized, actionable feedback to enhance their performance, resulting in greater student satisfaction and success.
- Craft Guide Playbooks that encapsulate best practices for facilitation, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming challenges.
- Inspire and motivate students, leveraging your expertise to transform reluctant learners into eager, high-achieving individuals.
What you will NOT be doing
- Developing lesson plans: Think beyond. While Guides manage day-to-day learning through adaptive apps, you'll focus on training them to be exceptional facilitators, creating engaging activities, and infusing enthusiasm into their sessions.
- Compromising standards: Uphold our 100% pass standard. If a Guide wants to pass a student with 99%, you'll ensure the standard is met. If a 6th grader aspires to college courses, you'll find a way to make it happen.
- Conducting dull training programs: No lectures here! You'll inspire Guides through dynamic coaching, modeling enthusiasm, energy, and expert facilitation skills.

Candidate Requirements
- Possess a college degree in any discipline
- Proven track record of developing and mentoring professional teams to reach elite performance levels
- Employ data-driven decision-making approaches
- Proven engagement with children and teens (ages 5-18), promoting their growth and success
- Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Commitment to work in-person in Austin, TX
