About the opportunity: Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app to help people save time and money on their car - one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.
We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to join our growing team! Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with our senior leadership team and run our most complex and critical searches across all business functions while mentoring and coaching our junior team members. How you will make an impact: - Own full cycle recruiting for senior-level searches (including executive leadership hiring) across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
- Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
- Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team
- Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality

- You appreciate the complexity and nuance involved in delivering a truly stellar recruiting experience, and you are passionate about continuing to perfect your craft.
- You think and act like a hiring manager, always thinking about what's best for the company in the long term and how to drive the business forward.
Ideal profile: - 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a demanding startup environment and across a variety of functions
- Prior experience in a player-coach role, having managed your own requisitions while leading and driving other projects forward through the mentorship or management of other team members
- Track record of being successful in an environment that emphasizes interviewing rigor or depth of candidate assessments
- Bachelors or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
