Mike’s Mechanical is hiring experienced Lead Generator.  Servicing the Lewis & Clark Valley for over 30 years with an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau, we're looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team!

Job Title: Lead Generator
Location: Lewiston, ID 83501
Pay: $16.50/hr + Bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, some nights or weekends
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and paid sick leave.
Position Type: Full-time

Lead Generator Position Summary:
The Lead Generator gathers contact information of customers interested in the services we offer (HVAC) and then enters the customer information into our system to begin the bid process.

What you'll be doing:

• Generate Leads
• Provide manager with consumer feedback and information for recaps.
• Knowledgeable of key brand information, brand points, and educate consumers on products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores.
• Build productive relationships with store associates.
• Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and comfort level speaking with the public.
• Other duties as assigned
